When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as apothecary products and sale items, are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How should I care for my ceramics and glassware?
To ensure longevity, we recommend hand-washing most of our handmade ceramics and delicate glassware. Specific care instructions are included on each product page.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives broken, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our items are handcrafted by independent artists and small studios. Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, and texture are expected and celebrated as part of the item's unique character.
